BDF are delighted to announce that Clarkeprint, a leading commercial printer in Birmingham city centre, will become a Main Partner for the upcoming 2021 conference.
Founded in 1982, Clarkeprint have been committed to supporting the creative industry within Birmingham and the West Midlands for almost 40 years and know first-hand the long-lasting impact print can have compared to modern digital media, such as social media and email.
That is why they have reached out to us to collaborate on a beautiful, printed brochure celebrating ‘The Creative City’ exhibition that will be on display around Birmingham as part of the festival.
Keep an eye out for these closer to the festival!
In 2020, Clarkeprint heavily invested in state-of-the-art digital printing equipment, becoming the first company in Europe to install two Xerox Iridesse 8-colour digital presses.
Not only do these presses offer the highest print quality, the addition of gold, silver, opaque white and clear inks enable endless design possibilities for creative designers and in-house marketing departments.
In-keeping with the BDF theme of Celebrating Colour, the gold and silver metallic colours can be used on their own or blended with CMYK to create new stunning iridescent palettes, whilst using white underlays allows you to print full colour on virtually any stock.
Nigel Clarke, Director at Clarkeprint comments “I am delighted that we are involved with BDF 2021. We’re actively working to increase engagement with our region’s vibrant creative community, to better understand how we can use our expertise and amazing print production facilities to support the creation of superb solutions for your clients; BDF feels like the perfect platform for this.”
Priding themselves on being ‘More Than Just A Printer’, Clarkeprint also offer web-to-print, pick and pack storage and distribution, direct mail, print consultation and more in addition to the traditional printing services.
